Arthur Warren Associates is a benefit consulting firm with over one hundred clients. In partnership with our clients, we identify problems and develop solutions in the areas of Executive and Director Benefits planning, design, funding, implementation and administration. Arthur Warren has over twenty five years of consulting experience with a unique combination of business consulting skills supported by legal, actuarial and management experience.

We do not accept insurance or any other type of broker commissions. Our compensation is on a fee for service basis. Our only business is providing high quality consulting services with an open minded willingness to consider all options. We have no vested interest in any particular method or solution. The benefit plan strategies we deliver are practical.

  • Non-Qualified Executive Benefits - Designing key executive benefit packages featuring cost-effective supplemental retirement plans (SERPs) to attract, retain and motivate senior management and key contributors: CEO's, CFO's, and IT personnel.


  • Director Benefits - Designing benefit packages featuring cost-effective supplemental retirement plans to attract and retain highly qualified Directors, and encourage Board of Director turnover to make room for new Directors.
